To become a LINK member, a candidate must be suggested for membership by another LINK and recommended to join a specific NETWORK. The EXECUTIVE LINK will process the candidate and if approved, initiate the REGISTRATION process after which the suggesting LINK will receive a $400 bonus and become a LINK REP. When a LINK REP has added 10 LINK members to a NETWORK the LINK REP is eligible to form their own Target Market NETWORK becoming an EXECUTIVE LINK and TRM Partner.
This UPGRADE enables a LINK to build a network of LINKS who share the same target market, but do not compete to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS exponentially increasing productivity of all NETWORK members. Concurrently, the EXECUTIVE LINK gets paid for prospecting, managing the NETWORK and builds an equity position in TRM.
