POP7 Assessment
Before a LINK candidate joins TRM they are given a psychological assessment to determine their 1 fit within a competitive sales environment , 2 – provide a roadmap for coaching to become a self-manager and 3 – provide management with insights to assess employment opportunities as well as the candidate insight to understand their inherent strengths and weaknesses.
The number ONE COMPETENCY shared by all successful people is their ability to manage themselves by doing those things every day that unsuccessful people refuse to do.

If a candidate assessment indicates that a LINK membership may not be appropriate, TRM will respectfully so advise the candidate. LINKS must learn the LINK SYSTEM including, SKILLS, possess the right ATTITUDE or MINDSET, and make the EFFORT to achieve top PERFORMANCE, which in fact, is the OBJECTIVE of LINK membership.

Coaching begins with the POP7 Assessment which is intended to identify strengths, weaknesses and inherent characteristics to determine fit within the TRM methodology. Our purpose is to increase performance by focusing on skills, attitude and especially effort. Our objective is to build new habits becoming a self-manager and do those things everyday that unsuccessful people refuse to do.

KEY SERVICE TO BUSINESS CLIENTS – When working with business clients, Total Relationship Marketing is positioned to provide certain RECRUITING, SELECTION, and TRAINING services to help them hire the right people prior to investing time, money, and talent only to find out in six months that “the dog won’t hunt.” This is a pre-hire process that integrates with a client’s management team..
NETWORK COACH (NC) – is an EXECUTIVE LINK who has partnered with TRM to build a SIX DEGREE or ONE DEGREE network of LINKS who share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS to help each other grow and develop their respective businesses. A NETWORK COACH can also be subcontracted by an EXECUTIVE LINK to perform specific EXECUTIVE LINK functions. Example: 12 week ADMISSION TICKET @ $295/hour.
The NETWORK COACH must be an expert in the LINK SYSTEM, the MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA SEMINAR and the REFERRAL system.
The NETWORK COACH is in business for themselves but not by themselves.
The NETWORK COACH is compensated based upon PERFORMANCE,
LINK COACH (LC) – a professional coach and LINK member who provides optional coaching to members as requested. Coaching may include any of the follow titles and more. A LINK COACH must be accredited or a member of a local recognized agency. . When a new LINK member joins TRM, they are introduced to available LINK coaches based upon fit to establish coaching relationships where appropriate. A LINK COACH may be invited to participate as a guest speaker at the JENKINS Academy or LINK ON BOARDING session.
A LINK COACH is not an employee of TRM but rather an independent contractor and maintains their own business identity, however, they receive a 20% member discount in exchange for providing TRM members with a coaching discount of 20% off their usual and customary fees..
MARKET COACH (MC) – a well connected LINK member from a specific target market who coaches members to achieve objectives within that market. The MARKET COACH is compensated based upon an hourly engagement fee as well as FINANCIAL REWARDS fro successful referrals.
PLAYER COACH (PC) – a PLAYER COACH is a LINK COACH who is available on a fee basis as well as participation as a team member. A member can interact with a PLAYER COACH for event coaching and in-person skills training on demand by the hour .
