The LINK SYSTEM

LINK SYSTEM is the process of TURNING SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION INTO ONE encompassing all components of Total Relationship Marketing and is designed around FOUR distinct but interconnected roles:

1 – VIP (Member) – an individual,  business owner or sales professional interested in expanding their influence or growing their business utilizing the TRM methodology to share ideas, information, resources referrals and introductions and is an entry level membership.

• A VIP member has access to all four components of the Total Relationship Marketing METHODOLY with the exception of implementing the LINK system and the 90 DAY CHALLENGE which is reserved for LINK members only. 
• A VIP member receives a 20% discount on coaching fees, 
• A VIP member has unlimited access to the Million Dollar Formula Seminar, 
• A VIP member can join the Centre CLUB through the TRM corporate membership plan. 
• A VIP member will receive special offers from LINK members to attend unique events and or receive special financial offers.
• A VIP membership is $395 per year, however any LINK can gift VIP memberships to their contacts by sharing the TRM GO CARD at an event or LINK LUNCH.

2 – LINK (CONNECTOR) – a VIP member, business owner, sales professional or individual who has joined TRM to participate in the LINK SYSTEM. 

A LINK can elect to connect with all members or join a network of LINKS targeting a specific market and build symbiotic relationships with other LINKS to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS to help each other. 

• A LINK is in the business of connecting people to develop new opportunities and may or may not own a business, represent a company and may simply be a connector giving introductions and referrals to LINKS, friends and contacts. When a LINK refers a new LINK to TRM, they receive a FINANCIAL REWARD of $400 for helping to grow the community. When a LINK introduces or refers a LINK to a contact, customer, or friend which is successful, that LINK receives a FINANCIAL REWARD of 10% or more to recognize the effort and say THANK YOU. 
• Each LINK designs the term of their FINANCIAL REWARD which can even include a discount to to the customer.
•  A LINK in addition to finding a new career or business relationship,s can build their own business as a TRMLINK, which means that they are in the business of building NETWORKS and not representing a specific business. They create their own career opportunity.
•  A LINK can reach out to any member to create a new relationship and can participate in the LINK REWARDS program which is a monthly SMS communication sent to all members promoting their business. The SMS message will feature up to 12 businesses but all offers will be available from our website. There is a nominal fee to be a Featured Member and all artwork must be submitted by the 15th of each month. 
•  All LINK members are required to attend the LINK Academy for training followed by a 90 DAY CHALLENGE. If the LINK accepts and meets the challenge, they will enjoy additional features, opportunities and benefits. A LINK member can request to transfer from one network to another by paying a one time fee of $195 and approval of TRM and the EXECUTIVE LINK of the receiving NETWORK. A LINK can only be a member of one NETWORK at a time. The TRM COMMUNITY will include multiple Target Market NETWORKS to JOIN and each will be led by an EXECUTIVE LINK or Limited Partner.

3 – EXECUTIVE LINK (Network Leader): A LINK who has elected to build a Target Market NETWORK and has recruited 3 LINK members. A NETWORK will be established and when the population reaches 12 LINKS, the EXECUTIVE LINK can request to be appointed a Limited Partner.

 If approved, the EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for a Limited Partner Contribution of $300/month and will receive a share of TRM revenue attributable to that NETWORK. The EXECUTIVE LINK (Limited Partner) receives current and residual income and vests after 10 years creating an equity position and must be a CERTIFIED LINK COACH

The LINK System is implemented over a period of 12 weeks following attendance at the TRM Academy and includes a 90 DAY CHALLENGE which is monitored and measured by Dr. Drew Rose, a CERTIFIED LINK COACH, performance expert and author of GET BEYOUND EQ. 

Dr. Gold will use the ADMISSION TICKET discussed below to monitor and measure your EFFORT in building new HABITS to meet the 90 DAY CHALLENGE and all but guarantee success. LINKS who are successful will receive a Certificate of Completion and more benefits including an invitation to attend an on-line coaching workshop at no cost.
