Six Degrees of Separation and Total Relationship Marketing

Two Key Roles in TRM

Our system is designed around two but distinct interconnected roles:

1 – LINK (Connector): Business owners, executives and sales professionals who are actively seeking growth, clients, and meaningful opportunities. All LINKS are encouraged to develop LINK relationships with other LINKS to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS and can join one or more NETWORKS (Communities) to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS. LINKS attend events to locate others with whom to develop symbiotic relationships and then invite the to a LINK LUNCH to begin the relationship process. If not already a member, the LINK begins the meeting with a GIFT of a VIP membership valued at $395. If a LINK relationship is desired the VIP is suggested for membership and if approved by the EXECUTIVE LINK completes the registration process. assigning the LINK to a NETWORK. The LINK who recommended the new LINK receives a LINK BONUS. 

When a LINK receives a successful referral from another LINK and makes a new sale, the LINK pays a FINANCIAL REWARD unless it is not permitted by law or company policy. LINKS design there own REWARD TERMS, but are encouraged to provide a WIN, WIN, WIN strategy. The business which makes the sale receives new revenue, the referrer receives a Financial REWARD to say Thank you, and the customer receives a DISCOUNT at time of purchase, so everyone wins. NOLODEX (TRM administration provider)handles all transactions except the discount offered by the selling LINK.

2 – EXECUTIVE LINK (GROUP or NETWORK Owner): After demonstrating competency and recruiting 12 LINK members, a LINK can elect to build a NETWORK of LINKS. The EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for all operations of the NETWORK including expenses. In return, the EXECUTIVE LINK becomes a TRM Limited Partner  and receives revenue based upon performance of the NETWORK including TRM Revenue Share, creating current income, residual income, and a TRM equity position. An EXECUTIVE LINK pays a PARTNER FEE.

 

SIX DEGREES OF SEPARATION

Six degrees of separation” is the idea that any two people in the world are connected through a chain of no more than six social links. Example: You know a friend. That friend knows a coworker. That coworker knows a cousin. That cousin knows a professor. That professor knows a journalist. That journalist knows the person you were trying to reach. So you are about six connections away.

What it means: The world is socially smaller than it looks. People are linked through networks of friends, family, work, school, and communities. Information, opportunities, and influence can travel surprisingly fast through those networks.
Where the idea comes from: It became popular from social-network theory and small-world experiments, especially research suggesting that people in large populations are connected by short chains.

1 – VIP (COMPLIMENTARY) – a business owner, executive, or sales professional who is interested in developing new business relationships and improving performance. VIP membership is at the sole discretion of TRM and is offered as a GIFT by a LINK member by downloading the TRM electronic business card and CONNECTING with Total Relationship Marketing. 2 –  LINK (CONNECTOR) – a business owner, executive or sales executive who implements the TRM methodology. A LINK attends events to meet strangers who may be opportunities for LINK relationships. When a LINK makes a referral which is successful, that LINK receives a FINANCIAL REWARD which is paid by the LINK receiving the REFERRAL. All LINKS agree to provide FINANCIAL REWARDS for SUCCESSFUL REFERRALS unless they are prohibited by law or company policy. They design their own FINANCIAL REWARD which is posted in advance and typically is 10% of new revenue resulting from the new completed business  The financial reward is a way of saying thank you and encourages more referrals keeping the process FRONT OF MIND.  LINK membership fees will change over time, but are grandfathered from the date of joining, however should a member cease membership and later rejoin, current fees will apply. 3 – EXECUTIVE LINK (GROUP/NETWORK OWNER) – a LINK member who has demonstrated LINK SYSTEM skills, be building a network of 10 LINK Members and achieving a minimum of 300 ADMISSION TICKET POINTS, can elect to become an EXECUTIVE LINK and if approved, build a Limited Partner NETWORK. The NETWORK can be of any type or target. The EXECUTIVE LINK is a Limited Partner relationship and shares in TRM revenue created by the NETWORK. Revenue is recurring based upon retention and other factors creating residual income as well as an equity position. The EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for all network operations, and expenses. The EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for the GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT and pays a Limited Partner FEE.

4 – LINK REP – a LINK Member who has committed to building the LINK SYSTEM and who’s primary responsibility is to suggest new LINK Members. The LINK REP, makes a suggestion to a specific NETWORK and if accepted by the EXECUTIVE LINK will receive a $400 Bonus. TRM advances the BONUS and is reimbursed by the EXECUTIVE LINK.

 

  1. FLAGSHIP – when a new LINK member joins TRM they participate in the ON BOARDING process and is a member of the FLAGSHIP NETWORK unless having been enrolled by another.
  2. SIX DEGREESa LINK can build a network of LINKS from competing members and industries and if qualified. become an EXECUTIVE LINK.
  3. ONE DEGREE – a LINK can build a NETWORK of LINKS who do not compete to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIOND. And, if qualified, become and EXECUTIVE LINK. 

THE LINK SYSTEM

THE LINK SYSTEM begins by attending events and applying the Million Dollar Formula Corollaries. The result is the formation of business relationships referred to as LINKS (Connectors) who share the same target market but do not compete to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS. REFERRALS and INTRODUCTION fuel new business sales and stronger relationships. A LINK can identify a specific Target Market and request to build their own NETWORK and TRM will assist in that process. When the LINK recruits a new member the LINK receives a $400 bonus. There is no limit to the number of network members who can be included in the NETWORK. The bonus system rewards the LINK for helping to grown the NETWORK. and in most cases 4 new members in a year offset personal LINK membership fees.

The 4 YEAR Model illustrate the financial rewards which can be earned by an EXECUTIVE LINK who adds 12 LINKS per year, including certain RETENTION and other metric FACTORS and is NOT a GUARANTEE or predictor of PERFORMANCE. The EXECUTIVE LINK not only earns from personal sales as a LINK, but by their performance as a leader of the NETWORK.
