REGISTRATION

To become a LINK member, a candidate must be suggested for membership by another LINK and recommended to join a specific NETWORK. The EXECUTIVE LINK will process the candidate and if approved, initiate the REGISTRATION process after which the suggesting LINK will receive a $400 bonus and become a LINK REP. When a LINK REP has added 10 LINK members to a NETWORK the LINK REP is eligible to form their own Target Market NETWORK becoming an EXECUTIVE LINK and TRM Partner.

This UPGRADE enables a LINK to build a network of LINKS who share the same target market, but do not compete to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS exponentially increasing productivity of all NETWORK members. Concurrently, the EXECUTIVE LINK gets paid for prospecting, managing the NETWORK and builds an equity position in TRM.

Our system is designed around three but distinct interconnected roles:

1 – VIP LINK is a member of the Total Relationship Marketing community and utilizes the TRM methodology including Coaching, The Million Dollar Formula Seminar, The LINK SYSTEM, and REFERRALS. A VIP LINK joins TRM as a member of either a VETERAN GROUP or NON-VETERAN GROUP, however both GROUPS are interconnected including various DISCUSSION BOARDS including:

Member introductions
Target Market Networks of LINKS
Industry-specific conversations
Referrals and opportunities
Events and announcements
Local discussions
Partnerships and vendor requests
Job boards

2 – LINK (Connector): Business owners, executives, sales professionals and individuals who are actively seeking growth, clients, and meaningful opportunities. All LINKS are encouraged to develop LINK relationships with other LINKS to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS and can join multiple DISCUSSION BOARDS targeting specific TARGET MARKETS. A LINK can invite one or more contacts to become VIP LINKS and participate wholistically in the Total Relationship Marketing Methodology, and when successful will receive a $400 bonus.

When a LINK receives a successful referral from another LINK and makes a new sale, the LINK pays a FINANCIAL REWARD unless it is not permitted by law or company policy. LINKS design there own REWARD TERMS, but are encouraged to provide a WIN, WIN, WIN strategy. The business which makes the sale receives new revenue, the referring LINK receives a Financial REWARD to say Thank you, and the customer receives a DISCOUNT at time of purchase, so everyone wins. NOLODEX (TRM administration provider)handles all transactions except the discount offered by the selling LINK. LINK Membership includes a SETUP FEE of $400 plus an annual administration fee of $20.

2 – EXECUTIVE LINK (GROUP or NETWORK Owner): After demonstrating competency and recruiting 12 LINK members, a LINK can elect to build a NETWORK of LINKS. The EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for all operations of the NETWORK including expenses. In return, the EXECUTIVE LINK becomes a TRM Limited Partner and receives revenue based upon performance of the NETWORK including TRM Revenue Share, creating current income, residual income, and a TRM equity position. An EXECUTIVE LINK pays a PARTNER FEE.
