When working with business clients, Total Relationship Marketing is available to provide a two week SLECTION version of The LINK System to help hire the right people prior to investing time, money, and talent only to find out in six months that “the dog won’t hunt.”
This is a pre-hire process that integrates with a client’s management team. A sales candidate attends the LINK ON-BOARDING event and is monitored and coached for the next two weeks to determine if the “DOG WILL HUNT”.
CERTIFIED LINK COACH (CLC) is an EXECUTIVE LINK or LINK COACH who has been certified by Total Relationship Marketing to provide training and coaching services to LINKS during and after the 90 DAY CHALLANGE. Following the 90 DAY CHALLENGE, a LINK can request to build a network of LINKS targeting a specific market. If approved, a TARGET NETWORK will be created to which LINKS can be appointed. The NETWORK is led by the EXECUTIVE LINK including the services and support of a CLC. When the EXECUTIVE LINK has recruited 12 LINKS to the NETWORK and been certified as a CLC, the EXECUTIVE LINK can upon approval, become a TRM Limited Partner and owner of the NETWORK.
Until such time, the EXECUTIVE LINK will receive a RECRUITING BONUS for each LINK personally recruited to the NETWORK. LINK members can also recruit LINKS to the NETWORK and receive BONUSES, who will count toward to the 12 required to become a Limited Partner.
The purpose of building a NETWORK is to develop new business and revenue for all members. Becoming a Limited Partner creates an opportunity to get paid for prospecting personally and be rewarded for helping others do the same and sustain the continued growth and development of the NETWORK.
A Limited Partner must be a CERTIFIED LINK COACH and makes a Partner Contribution annually or monthly in addition to their LINK membership.
LINK COACH (LC) – a professional coach and LINK member who provides coaching to members as requested. Coaching may include any of the follow titles and more. A LINK COACH must be accredited or a member of a local recognized agency. When a new LINK member joins TRM, they are introduced to available LINK coaches who are selected based upon fit to establish coaching relationships where appropriate. A LINK COACH may be invited to participate as a guest speaker at the TRM ON-BOARDING ACADEMY or other TRM EVENT.
A LINK COACH is not an employee of TRM but rather an independent contractor and maintains their own business identity, however, they receive a 20% member discount in exchange for providing TRM members with a coaching discount of 20% off their usual and customary fees..
MARKET COACH (MC) – a well connected LINK member from a specific target market who coaches members to achieve objectives within that market. A MARKET COACH can build a TARGET MARKET NETWORK and become an EXECUTIVE LINK and is compensated based upon individual engagements.
PLAYER COACH (PC) – a PLAYER COACH is a LINK COACH who is available on a fee basis as well as participation as a team member. A member can interact with a PLAYER COACH for event coaching and in-person skills training on demand by the hour .
