1. A VIP contact is someone who is in your target market who is either a Prospect, potential Link or Executive LINK and has been registered by the Executive LINK.
2. A VIP can refer a friend to an Executive LINK becoming a Link and eligible for financial REWARDS for successful referrals.
3. An Executive LINK is a Client Sales Professional who has committed to the Total Relationship Marketing methodology.

The CRM includes a sophisticated text messaging system enabling the Client to send text messages each week to VIP members promoting products and or services. When a Client has formed a NETWORK of Executive LINKS, one text message is sent weekly to all VIP Members in the NETWORK exponentially increasing current sales opportunities for all NETWORK Members. This feature is managed by TRM to ensure VIP integrity. A branded mobile website is created for a Client which is located on the VIP’s cell phone keeping the Executive LINK top of mind and enabling Executive LINKS and Links to give REFERRALS to Executive LINKS.
