• The 3rd component is a platform enabling LINKS to easily REFER other LINKS to friends and other business contacts. REFERRALS are key to business development because the cost to give a referral is FREE and for every REFERRAL given, one will become a sale this year, one next year, and one never. That brings up a question. “What is the best way to get a referral?” The answer is two fold.

   2. GIVE A REFERRER a FINANCIAL REWARD when SUCCESSFUL

Our REFERRAL SYSTEM incentivizes LINKS to give referrals by providing FINANCIAL REWARDS answering the question. “What’s in it for me? We know that for every three referrals received one will be a sale this year, one next year, and one never. Hence:

1. 1. If each LINK received 300 referrals a year, it would make 100 sales this year and 200 the following year and thereafter
   2. If each LINK gave 300 referrals a year, it would receive 100 REWARDS this year and 200 the following year and thereafter.

Each LINK creates a FINANCIAL REWARD for a successful REFERRAL which could be a flat amount or commission. Assuming a Gross Commission of $1,000 per sale, it is paid out as follows:

• • NOLODEX 10% or $100 to cover system training and admin expenses
  • TRM 10 % to offset marketing costs
  • Executive LINK (Group Owner)10 % to cover marketing and NETWORKING expenses
  • REFERRING LINK 70%
  • If 100 sales at $1,000 = $100,000 X 70% = $70,000 this year, $140,000 next year and thereafter.

All LINKS can participate in the growth of their NETWORK by meeting with other business contacts and where appropriate invite that contact to become a LINK and share in the benefits of new sales and Financial Rewards. If the contact becomes a LINK, the inviting LINK will receive a financial reward of $100.
