NETWORKS are groups of executives typically from different non-competing industries who have joined together to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES and REFERRALS.
There are 3 TYPES of NETWORKS in Tampa, Florida. All EXECUTIVE LINK and LINK members initially join a NETWORK headed by an EXECUTIVE LINK and business coach specifically for on-boarding and coaching purposes, Upon completion of their 1st 12 weeks of membership, an EXECUTIVE LINK can additionally join or build a specific target market network and or NON-PROFIT NETWORK.

NETWORKS
A 6 DEGREES NETWORK is a a network of EXECUTIVE LINKS from various industries who have recently joined Total Relationship Marketing and may not have yet joined a network targeting a specific market (1 DEGREE NETWORK).
PHASE 1 – Each EXECUTIVE LINK is ONBOARDED by a LINK COACH including Membership, Target Marketing, The Million Dollar Formula Training, The LINK System and a Business Development Plan, BDP.
PHASE 2 – Each EXECUTIVE LINK can then continue (depending on skills, needs and wants), to implement the METHODOLOGY which includes the POP7 Assessment to determine fit, the ADMISSION TICKET to form new habits, and personal one-on-one coaching to sharpen skills.
PHASE 3 – Each EXECUTIVE LINK can then select a TARGET MARKET NETWORK or NON PROFIT NETWORK to join based upon their qualifications, or even build their own network targeting a specific market. In either case, the LINK COACH is there to help. This process is key to the theory of 6 DEGREES of SEPARATION and the power of the LINK System..

An EXECUTIVE LINK can both GIVE referrals and GET referred by any member. LINKS on the other hand, can only GIVE referrals. If a referral is successful the referring member will receive a FINANCIAL REWARD, unless prohibited by law or company policy. Non-members can also give referrals however, they do not receive rewards.
TARGET MARKET NETWORKS
A Target Market network is where 6 degrees turns into 5,4,3,2,or 1. Ideally, this is 1 degree and further referrals to specific individuals can be achieved. Select a network from the dropdown menu to visit. If you would like to join this network, contact the LINK COACH. In some cases a MARKET COACH has been appointed and will be identified as a member. A MARKET COACH is an executive who may be retired but is well connected within that market. Their job is to help you understand that market as a coach and facilitate referrals within that market. The MARKET COACH is compensated by coaching fees, personal successful referrals, and the overall performance of that NETWORK.

NON PROFIT NETWORKS
A NON PROFIT NETWORK is just that. Most NON PROFITS, but not all have volunteers referred to as Ambassadors who help them spread the word about the benefits of their services to the community Each NON PROFIT benefits by the generosity of their donors which can be businesses or individuals. Your opportunity is to become an Ambassador and be introduced to donors for the explicit purpose of getting referrals to others they might know who may be inclined to become a donor. Your job is to introduce them to the NON PROFIT for follow up. While you are there a natural conversation will develop identifying them as a LINK or prospect for you products or services. If you make a sale to a referral from the NON PROFIT, the NON PROFIT receives a FINANCIAL REWARD. Search for non profit networks with which you might have a passion and call them to become a LINK AMBASSADORE. If you refer a NON PROFT who becomes a NON PROFIT MEMBER, you will receive a FINANCIAL REWARD.
