Coaching & Consulting
Coaching and consulting services are provided by David Edstrom and Associates and include the following:
- Hire the right sales associates by recruiting people who have the ability to manage themselves. This is important because self-management is the number one competency shared by all successful people. Hiring self- managers significantly improves performance and all but eliminates management burnout. Each candidate receives an assessmant called POP – “Predictor of Potential” to begin the process.
- Coach representatives to achieve peak performance by focusing on EFFORT. PERFORMANCE = SKILLS (The Million Dollar Formula) + ATTITUDE (What you think about things) + EFFORT (What you do about things) Successful people do those things every day that unsuccessful people refuse to do. A sales associate can have great skills, a great attitude, but if they don’t make the EFFORT, they will never achieve Peak Performance.
- Coach representatives to implement the Million Dollar Formula and Total Relationship Marketing methodology. Coaching can be provided incrementally at $180/hour or as a 12 week program including a 20% Fee discount if paid as a single payment. Each Coaching session lasts one hour and requires an ADMISSION TICKET to attend.
- Represent the Executive LINK at Events when and where requested.
