Pre-Launch

Coaching begins with the PRE-LAUNCH phase. The first step for a candidate is to take the POP 7 which will help determine suitability to participate as a LINK.  It is critical that the participant be able and willing to make the EFFORT for the benefit of NETWORK LINK members.  

A LINK can also use the POP with sales candidates to determine their suitability for a career in sales.  Will the  candidate will make the EFFORT to do those things every day that unsuccessful people refuse to do. In short, and with all respect, “Find out if the Dog Will Hunt.”
