COACHING
Why Coaching Matters
Coaching turns potential into progress. It gives you clarity on your goals, keeps you accountable, and pushes you beyond your comfort zone. A coach sees what you can’t, builds your confidence, and helps you take consistent action. With the right guidance, you don’t just grow—you accelerate success. Coaching begins with the POP7 Assessment which is intended to identify strengths, weaknesses and inherent characteristics to determine fit within the system. Our purpose is to increase performance by focusing on skills, attitude and especially effort. Our objective is to build new habits becoming a self-manager and do those things everyday that unsuccessful people refuse to do. This is called the ADMISSION TICKET which monitors that EFFORT.

COACH TYPES
1 – NETWORK COACH (NC) – an Executive LINK and professional business coach who is in business for themselves but not by themselves, and is responsible for PHASE 1, PHASE 2, and PHASE 3 and overall performance of a 6 DEGREE NETWORK. All TRM members are assigned a NETWORK COACH.
2 – LINK COACH (LC) – an Executive LINK and business coach who is responsible for providing optional executive coaching to members equal 80% of usual and customary fees,
3 – MARKET COACH (MC) – a well connected executive from a specific target market who coaches members to achieve objectives within that market and both give INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS. In most cases, the MARKET COACH will be assigned to a specific Target Market and will conduct training and informational meetings for members.
4 – PLAYER COACH (PC) – a PLAYER COACH is an Executive LINK or coach who is available for field work. A member can interact with a PLAYER COACH in three ways: 1- Event coaching, 2 – Represent Executive LINK at Events or 3 – Facilitate LINK LUNCHES with prospects to develop new businesses opportunities. A RETAINER FEE is agreed upon with no guarantees of success. If a LINK MEMBER referred the client to the PLAYER COACH, they will receive a FINANCIAL REWARD from the PLAYER COACH based upon the RETAINER.
THE MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA SEMINAR
The Million Dollar Formula Seminar is a core component and teaches 100 key professional networking secrets, referred to as COROLLARIES each valued at $10,000 hence, the name. Attendees learn how to attend the right events attended by executives in their target market and turn idle chatter and chance encounters into business opportunities, opportunities into contacts, and contacts into multiple opportunities, through the development of business relationships referred to as LINKS. This training is key to the LINK System and unlocks the secrets of Six Degrees of Separation. The training is divided into 4 video segments. and is available to all members and those interested in becoming members.
It is important to understand that the power of the Million Dollar Formula is the process of attending events, not to sell, but to build symbiotic relationships with others who share the same target market. However, in the process of finding these relationships, a participant will meet vast numbers of individuals who if not a prospect for you, are a prospect for someone else.

The LINK System
The LINK System implements the Million Dollar Formula and begins the process of turning Six Degrees of Separation into REALITY. The LINK System saves time, money, and frustration by making every connection purposeful and productive. We do not conduct weekly network meetings but rather periodic social events to foster relationships. There are numerous networking groups to join and all serve a purpose. Our purpose however is to provide a networking methodology to find others who share the same target market, and do not compete with each other to share ideas, information, resources and referrals. Any member of TRM can use the system to refer an EXECUTIVE LINK and receive financial and other rewards when successful. Non-members can use the system as well, however financial rewards are not available, and ONLY EXECUTIVE LINK members can be referred through the system. This is a marketing methodology not to be confused with a typical network. That said, the overall objective is to build relationships with 12 executives who share the same target market and meet with each other monthly for a LINK LUNCH to develop symbiotic relationships. When you attend networking events, these are the people you need to meet!
Six Degrees of Separation
The theory of Six Degrees of Separation is discussed during PHASE 1, suggests that every person on earth is connected to anyone else through no more than six relationships. In other words, your next opportunity is rarely more than a few introductions away. Attend events, especially those attended by executives in or close to your target market. That said, business events in general provide the opportunity to MEET contacts who may be prospects to become Executive LINKS or LINKS. That said, it’s often the random connection that makes it happen. The key is to understand the purpose of attending any event, but it’s never to sell.
How the LINK System Makes It Real
The LINK System takes theory from possibility to practice. Instead of waiting for chance encounters, TRM helps you build intentional LINKS—trusted connections who commit to giving and receiving referrals. With structured requests, financial rewards, and accountability, six steps can shrink to just one or two.
The process includes TARGET MARKETING, MARKET ANALYSIS, SKILLS TRAINING (Including the MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA and Sales Skills training) and a custom Total Relationship Marketing Business Development Plan (TRMBDP) providing an implementation blueprint.
MEMBERSHIPS
1 – Executive LINKS (EL) – are entrepreneur members who both GIVE referrals and GET referred. When they GIVE a successful referral, they receive a FINANCIAL REWARD issued by the business being referred. When they GET referred which results in a sale, they issue a FINANCIAL REWARD to the referring member. FINANCIAL REWARDS are designed by each Executive LINK and posted in advance. MEMBERSHIP FEE 2026 = $2,000 annually or $200/month. NOTE: During the pre-launch period up to January 1st 2026, The Executive LINK membership fee is $1,000 or $100 per month plus a set-up fee of $1500.
2 – LINKS (L) – influencers who GIVE referrals ONLY, and receive a FINANCIAL REWARD when successful. Should a LINK be referred through the NOLODEX platform, the referral must immediately be declined. Any divergence to this process will result in immediate suspension of membership. However, the LINK may accept the referral by upgrading to Executive LINK level by paying the current Executive LINK membership fee. ONLY Executive LINKS can be referred! MEMBERSHIP FEE 2026 = $400 annually or $40/month.
3 – VIP (V) – is a complementary member who has full access to the Million Dollar Formula Seminar, can introduce or refer any Executive LINK to friends and other contacts, but can not receive Financial Rewards for successful referrals. A complementary member may upgrade their membership at any time by paying the current LINK membership fee. Any member can refer themselves to an Executive LINK and enjoy the referral Financial Reward which results in a member discount on product and or services if a LINK member.. To refer yourself, simply select the Executive LINK, complete the refer me campaign using your email address as the referrer and recipient of the referral, and send.
4 – AFFILIATE (A) – influencers who give referrals only, currently exceeding 100,000. Each week promotions for Executive LINKS, are sent to all Affiliate Members, who then determine if they have a match with a contact and share the opportunity..
VIP COMPLEMENTARY MEMBERSHIP

All Executive LINK and LINK members receive a TRM Digital Membership Card which they can share with other contacts and friends giving them a complementary membership and access to The Million Dollar Formula Seminar and other features. A member can then add a business card scanner which enables members to scan 1, 50 100 or more business cards at once, saving time and money. Executive LINK Members receive a coupon from TRM covering the first year membership fee of $100.
When an Executive LINK or LINK makes a contact with a potential Executive LINK or LINK, they can sign-in to their account and recommend a contact for membership after which the LINK COACH will follow up to answer questions. If successful, the referring LINK receives a $100 bonus as a reward.
When an Executive LINK or LINK attends an event each week, each must introduce themselves to 5 strangers with the purpose of identifying 2 who may be Executive LINK or LINK candidates inviting them to a LINK LUNCH to learn more about each other and determine if a deeper relationship is warranted. If the answer to that question is YES, the member can invite the candidate to join by selecting the NOLODEX icon on the TRM Digital Business Card, sign-in and make the referral after which the potential member will be contacted by their NETWORK COACH to answer any questions and complete the enrollment to begin the business development journey. All contacts are given a COMPLEMENTARY membership to Total Relationship Marketing including membership benefits and are entered as VIP members who both agree to give and receive referrals when appropriate. A VIP member can even request a referral from an Executive LINK for their own benefit and then UPGRADE to receive a FINANCIAL REWARD, or in other words a member to member discount.
A Complementary Member list is available on the TRM business card for use of LINK members to reach out to build new relationships including giving and receiving referrals. This process is monitored and measured through the ADMISSION TICKET process and the NETWORK COACH.
MEMBER NETWORK ORGANIZATIONS
Members are organized by NETWORK as described below. Each NETWORK includes Executive LINKS, LINKS , and VIP members who together share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS.
TYPES OF NETWORKS
Unlike most networks, TRM enables members to reach across network boundaries to facilitate business relationships utilizing it’s unique referral system. A member of any NETWORK can GIVE a referral to any Executive LINK or GET a referral from any other member. Any Executive LINK can join a TARGET MARKET NETWORK with the approval of the LINK COACH.

REFERRALS
Are a key component to Total Relationship Marketing and should not be confused with INTRODUCTIONS. Both can have the same result but they are different in intend. The TRM system relies on both to achieve success.

Definition and Intent

Introduction:
An introduction is when someone simply connects two people — typically via email, text, or in person — so they can get to know each other.-
Example: “David, meet Sarah. Sarah, meet David. I think you two might have some things in common.”

The person making the introduction is neutral — they aren’t vouching for either party’s credibility or making a specific recommendation.

Referral:
A referral, on the other hand, includes a personal endorsement and recommendation. The person giving the referral is actively advocating for one party, saying, “You should do business with this person — I trust them.”-
Example: “Sarah, you need to talk to David. He’s helped several of my colleagues grow their businesses using TRM — I’m confident he can help you too.”

2. Level of Trust

Introduction: Based on neutral trust — the connector is facilitating a meeting but taking no stance on credibility or fit.

Referral: Based on transferred trust — the connector is lending their reputation to the referred party.
3. Purpose and Expected Outcome

Introduction: The goal is conversation or connection — it may lead to a relationship or it may not. In fact, however, it may lead to a sale.

Referral: The goal is action — a sale, a client relationship, a partnership, etc.
4. TRM Perspective
In Total Relationship Marketing, introductions build the network (LINKS), while referrals create results (mutual success and rewards).
You can think of it as:
Introductions build bridges. Referrals move traffic across them.
Although the INTENT is different, in both cases the eventual outcome could be the same
An INTRODUCTION is clearly differentiated from a referral when made, however when either results in new business, and was made by a LINK, the LINK receives a FINANCIAL REWARD. Introductions and Referrals are made by custom templates for each Executive LINK including three types: 1 – LINK builder used only by the Executive LINK to build a network of LINKS from new contacts and could include a FINANCIAL REWARD and 2 – INTRODUCE ME for use by a VIP or LINK a LINK to make an INTRODUCTION and form a connection and 3 – REFER ME for use by a LINK to endorse an Executive LINK. In either case, when new business results, a Financial Reward is paid.
