The LINK SYSTEM begins with a LINK member identifying their target market and sourcing their contacts to determine current relationship opportunities. LINKS are relationships creating pathways to decision makers in a members target market. Building relationships with LINKS who share the same market but do not compete to share ideas, information, resources, referrals and introductions is the key.

Relationships are developed from different sources. TRM focuses on three distinct sources including 1 – CONTACTS created over years who present preferred relationships (know, like, and trust), 2 – CLONES created from current clients in target market. TRM will create a database of businesses which resemble a clients best customers as well as other businesses which target this same market. and 3 – NEW contacts developed by implementing the LINK System at events developing new LINK relationships.
THE MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA including 100 Corollaries implements the process where the objective is to create a 1 DEGREE or TARGET MARKET NETWORK. A LINK can JOIN a NETWORK or BUILD a NETWORK partnering with TRM. This is known as the LINK System which turns 6 DEGREES of SEPARARTION INTO 1.
The following image illustrates a LINK ACTION PLAN to implement the LINK System and forming new habits. When a LINK attends an event, the objective is to identify and create symbiotic relationships with other executives specifically those who share the same target market. New contacts are processed through the LINK system receiving a complimentary VIP membership and where appropriate, invited to a LINK LUNCH including an invitation to join TRM as a LINK. If a LINK invitation is successful, the referring LINK member receives a $400 bonus from the NETWORK joined.. The new LINK member is automatically linked with all TRM members.
If a LINK elects to build a NETWORK, TRM will create a unique Target Market NETWORK and appoint that LINK as an Executive LINK. The Executive LINK pays an OWNER’s fee and The NETWORK must build to and maintain a minimum of 10 members at the end of each calendar year. The Executive LINK is then in business for themselves but not by themselves and receives a TRM REVENUE SHARE based upon the PERFORMANCE of the NETWORK as discussed below.

If a LINK member whishes to build a TARGET MARKET NETWORK, they upgrade their membership to Executive LINK status by becoming an OWNER, which means they will share in TRM REVENUE resulting from that NETWORK. An Executive LINK gets paid for prospecting and builds both current and residual income. An Executive LINK is expected to recruit 10 or more LINKS per year and maintain a minimum of 10 LINK members at the end of each calendar year.

The LINK LUNCH is a critical step in the system as it sets the foundation of a symbiotic relationship with another to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS. When a LINK recommends a new LINK which is successful, the LINK receives a new LINK member REWARD of $400. A PLAYER COACH will assist the LINK in the conduct of a LINK LUNCH during the 12 week ADMISSION TICKET period. When a new LINK member is added, a notification is sent to all members including their unique offer.
Ideally, the new LINK and sponsor will share the same target market and not only become a potential LINK for all other members, but fill a seat in the LINK’S TARGET MARKET creating a minimum of 10 members.
