Pre Launch

All new members begin their TRM journey as a member of the FLAGSHIP NETWORK. The first step for a candidate is to take the
POP 7 which will help determine suitability to participate as an Executive LINK. 

The POP is administered by COACHING leadership in the FLAGSHIP NETWORK. It is critical that the participant be able and willing to make the EFFORT for the benefit of all NETWORK members. Leadership will then act as a quarterback to link a member with the right coach. Members who are recruited by a SIX DEGREES NETWORK will automatically be assigned to that NETWORK. Once assigned to a NETWORK, the NETWORK COACH facilitates all coaching assignments.

An Executive LINK business owner can also use the POP with sales candidates to determine their suitability for a career in sales.  Will the  candidate will make the EFFORT to do those things every day that unsuccessful people refuse to do.
