A 6 Degrees NETWORK is a group of Executive LINKS from various industries who have joined to meet other key business executives to build symbiotic relationships to help each other reach decision makers in their target market. A 6 Degrees NETWORK is not restricted by industry and is open to all Executive LINKS and LINK members.
A 6 Degrees NETWORK is led by a member who is an Executive LINK. business coach, has been certified as a TRM Business Development Coach and is designated the NETWORK COACH. A NETWORK COACH is responsible for all network expenses, recruiting, selection, training and coaching of network members. The NETWORK COACH is compensated based upon the performance of the NETWORK. TRM has established a FLAGSHIP 6 Degree NETWORK as a model and to ON-BOARD all members with the exception of other 6 Degree NETWORKS. When a member is on-boarded by a 6 Degrees NETWORK, the referring member receives a $100 bonus from the NETWORK and the on-boarding Executive LINK receives a $250 reward. If the on-boarding Executive LINK and the NETWORK COACH are one and the same, no reward is paid.
A TARGET MARKET NETWORK (1 DEGREE) is where 6 degrees turns into 1. This is an Exclusive Network meaning that only one business is represented from any industry. The NETWORK is led by a MARKET COACH with long standing relationships within that market and is available for market training, coaching and referrals. Participation requires an Executive LINK membership specific to that network using a unique TRM email address and a modified membership fee.
The MARKET COACH is responsible for all expenses of the NETWORK and may assess fees for individual coaching. Should the MARKET COACH complete a successful REFERRAL or INTRODUCTION, a REFERRAL FEE will be due.
A NON-PROFIT NETWORK is a non-profit organization and all the people who support it. Executive LINKS work with non-profits as LINK AMBASSADORS and spread the word about the benefits of the non-profits services to the community.
Each Executive LINK Ambassador is introduced to donors for the explicit purpose of getting referrals to others they might know who may be interested in becoming a donor.
The Executive LINK Ambassador then meets with those individuals to promote the non-profit and redirect them to the non-profit for development. This creates an opportunity for the Executive LINK to promote their business if appropriate. Should new business be generated, a FINANCIAL REWARD is paid to the non-profit.
