Introduction to Total Relationship Marketing

 Total Relationship Marketing (TRM) is a business development membership company built on a simple yet powerful truth: success is rooted in relationships. No one achieves greatness alone — we grow, thrive, and succeed through the connections we build and nurture.

The Total Relationship Marketing (TRM) methodology includes 4 distinct yet integrated components which are discussed in detail on the main menu and are essential to success.. Our business development methodology is designed to get members in front of decision makers in their target markets. 

Members are referred to as LINKS and work with each other to share ideas, Information, resources, referrals and introductions. The METHODOLOGY is supported by 4 components.

  1. COACHING is designed to achieve top performance and is a fundamental component. 
  2. THE MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA is networking skills training and the foundation of Total Relationship Marketing.  
  3. LINKS or The LINK System is the business development process which turns 6 DEGREES of SEPARATION into REALITY. 
  4. REFERRALS drive results.

Six Degrees of Separation

The theory of Six Degrees of Separation suggests that every person on earth is connected to anyone else through no more than six relationships. In other words, your next opportunity is rarely more than a few introductions away.  Attend events, especially those attended by executives in or close to your target market will uncover others who may share your target market. If they don’t share your target market, they may represent an opportunity for another Executive LINK in the system. That said, business events in general provide the opportunity to MEET contacts who may be prospects to become Executive LINKS or LINKS, however it’s often the random connection that makes it all happen. The key is to understand the importance of RELATIONSHIPS.

Two Key Roles in TRM

Our system is designed around three distinct but interconnected roles:

1 – LINK: Business owners, executives and sales professionals who are actively seeking growth, clients, and meaningful opportunities. All LINKS are encouraged to develop LINK relationships with other LINKS.

2 – COACH: Professional coach members who provide specific training and growth opportunities.

By working together, LINKS and COACHES form mutually beneficial partnerships

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS

1 – LINKa business owner, executive, or sales professional who has has enrolled to participate in the TOTAL RELATIONSHIP MARKETING business development methodology and actively seeks to develop symbiotic relationships with other LINKS. A LINK can SHARE the TRM electronic business card with new contacts to gift a complementary VIP memberships.  A LINK can then recommend a VIP member to become a LINK member and earn a $100 financial reward when successful. Each LINK provides a FINANCIAL REWARD to another LINK when a successful introduction is made as a way of saying THANK YOU. Each LINK pays a monthly membership fee of $200 which includes the entire methodology.

2 – Executive LINK – a LINK member who has committed to building a network of LINK members targeting a specific target market. The network is open to members who share the same target market but do not compete to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS, and INTRODUCTIONS. The Executive LINK is responsible for all network operations, expenses and receives compensation based upon performance. Each NETWORK includes one or more LINK REPS who are directly responsible for recruiting new members and are compensated by commission, paid by the Executive LINK. The Executive LINK is responsible for the GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT of the network and pays a monthly membership fee of $300.

 

3 – VIP – a business owner, executive, or sales professional who is interested in developing new business and looking for symbiotic relationships. A VIP membership is complimentary and includes several key benefits. A VIP is invited o join by another member and downloads the TRM electronic business card and registers to connect with TRM.

4 – LINK REP – a TRM member who’s primary mission is to recruit to new LINK members. The LINK REP receives 20% of new and renewal membership fees but must show a net gain of 10 new members each year. When a new member is recommended for membership, the REP will follow-up to enroll the new member. The REP will attend networking events to meet new prospects and conduct LINK meetings to promote TRM and build LINK relationships within target markets. i.e. The REP enrolls a new member and introduces that member to another member to begin a LINK relationship.
 
 
LINK MEMBERS ARE ORGANIZED BY NETWORK
 
  1. FLAGSHIP – when a new LINK member joins TRM they participate in an on-boarding  process and build relationships with other LINK members. Members receive on-going monthly business development coaching included in membership.
  2. SIX DEGREES – a LINK member can build a NETWORK of LINKS from competing industries and enjoy an ownership position. The LINK member is referred to as an Executive LINK and is responsible for the NETWORKS growth & development, all expenses and receives compensation based upon performance as well as a recurring revenue share for personally recruited LINKS. This option is available to individual LINKS and any networking group which adopts the TRM methodology. 
  3. ONE DEGREE – a LINK member can build a NETWORK of LINKS from non-competing industries sharing the same target market and be an Executive LINK as in 2.
