Coaching turns potential into progress. It gives you clarity on your goals, keeps you accountable, and pushes you beyond your comfort zone. A coach sees what you can’t, builds your confidence, and helps you take consistent action. With the right guidance, you don’t just grow—you accelerate success. Coaching begins with the POP7 Assessment which is intended to identify strengths, weaknesses and inherent characteristics to determine fit within the TRM methodology. Our purpose is to increase performance by focusing on skills, attitude and especially effort. Our objective is to build new habits becoming a self-manager and do those things everyday that unsuccessful people refuse to do.
When working with corporate members, Total Relationship Marketing is positioned to provide certain RECRUITING, SELECTION, and TRAINING services to help corporate members hire the right people prior to investing time, money, and talent only to find out in six months that “the dog won’t hunt.” This is a pre-hire or contract process that integrates with a clients current hiring process.
NETWORK COACH (NC) – is a LINK who has partnered with TRM to build a SIX DEGREE or ONE DEGREE network of LINKS who share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS to help each other grow and develop their respective businesses.
The NETWORK COACH must be an expert in the LINK SYSTEM, the MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA and the REFERRAL system.
The NETWORK COACH is in business for themselves but not by themselves and is responsible for all NETWORK expenses. A NETWORK COACH owns the network by paying a separate membership fee.
The NETWORK COACH is compensated based upon PERFORMANCE including incentives for GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT as well as residual income based upon past performance.
LINK COACH (LC) – a professional coach and LINK member who provides optional coaching to all members. Coaching my include any of the follow and more. When a new LINK member joins TRM, they are introduced to available LINK coaches based upon fit to establish coaching relationships where appropriate. A LINK COACH will charge a usual and customary fee less a 20% TRM discount.
MARKET COACH (MC) – a well connected executive, and LINK member from a specific target market who coaches members to achieve objectives within that market. The AARKET COACH is compensated based upon engagement and performance.
PLAYER COACH (PC) – a PLAYER COACH is a LINK who is available for field support. A member can interact with a PLAYER COACH in two ways: 1- Event coaching (by the hour) 2 – Facilitate LINK LUNCHES with prospects to develop new businesses opportunities. A PC is compensated based upon performance and or an agreed retainer
