What:
a Career and Business Development Training Workshop for VETERANS, and is  presented by Total Relationship Marketing, a career and business development company turning the theory of 6 DEGREES of SEPARATION INTO 1. 

The Jenkins Academy is a collaborative effort between the AUSA Southcoast Chapter and Total Relationship Marketing and is offered in two SESSIONS. 

All attendees are required to complete the relative POP Assessment (which will be sent to you when registering to attend) as well as watch, study and be prepared to discuss all 100 Corollaries of the Million Dollar Seminar found on the main menu tab.

Mission: To equip transitioning Soldiers and Veterans,  with practical, relationship-based networking skills that create real civilian employment and business opportunities.

Overview:
The AUSA Jenkins Academy is a structured workshop that teaches participants how to use relationships—not just job boards—as their primary path to civilian success. Using the Total Relationship Marketing (TRM) methodology, the Academy shows attendees how to identify key people in their network, reach out confidently, follow up consistently, and convert those relationships into interviews, offers, clients, and collaborations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with business owners who may or may not be Veterans, and have current employment opportunities.

 Attendees will learn how to attend events and turn idle chatter and chance encounters into opportunities, opportunities into contacts, and contacts into multiple opportunities, and turn meetings into money. This is a core component of Total Relationship Marketing and is titled The Million Dollar Formula Seminar.

When: The 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month beginning July 1st offering the opportunity to participate in a half day or full day event. Each SESSION has a minimum attendance of 10 and maximum of 25. So register early to ensure your seat.

SESSION ONE is specifically designed for transitioning VETS and OPEN to both VETERANS and TRM members.

1 – Career Track – Networking Into Your Next Role

  • For participants focused on employment
  • Emphasis on information interviews, warm introductions and referrals into target markets

2 – Business TRACK -“Networking to build your Target Market”

  • For participants starting or growing a business, in sales, or in professional services
  • Emphasis on building a relationship-based pipeline of influencers, prospects, partners, and referral sources

3 – Both TRACKS are delivered from the same TRM framework

SESSION TWO is open to TRM members and SESSION ONE attendees who receive TRM VIP memberships.

Attendees who successfully complete both SESSIONS will receive a Certificate of Completion which can be a value added when applying for sales career opportunities.
