Six Degrees of Separation and Total Relationship Marketing

Six degrees of separation” is the idea that any two people in the world are connected through a chain of no more than about six social links. Example: You know a friend. That friend knows a coworker. That coworker knows a cousin. That cousin knows a professor. That professor knows a journalist. That journalist knows the person you were trying to reach. So you are about six connections away. What it means: The world is socially smaller than it looks. People are linked through networks of friends, family, work, school, and communities. Information, opportunities, and influence can travel surprisingly fast through those networks. Where the idea comes from: It became popular from social-network theory and small-world experiments, especially research suggesting that people in large populations are connected by short chains. Why it matters: Networking: one introduction can lead to another. Business: referrals often move through a few trusted relationships. Two Key Roles in TRM

Our system is designed around three distinct but interconnected roles:

1 – LINK: Business owners, executives and sales professionals who are actively seeking growth, clients, and meaningful opportunities. All LINKS are encouraged to develop LINK relationships with other LINKS to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES and INTRODUCTIONS. LINKS attend events to locate others to develop symbiotic relationships and then invite the to a LINK LUNCH to begin the relationship.

2 – EXECUTIVE LINK: A LINK who elects to build a NETWORK of LINKS without regard to occupation or exclusivity; or LINKS who share the same target market, enjoy exclusivity, but do not compete with each other.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS

1 – LINK – a business owner, executive, or sales professional who has enrolled to participate in the TOTAL RELATIONSHIP MARKETING methodology. A LINK must be invited to JOIN TRM by another LINK. to shares IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS . When a LINK introduces a contact who ultimately joins as a LINK, they receives a $400 LINK BONUS.

When a LINK makes a referral which is successful, that LINK receives a FINANCIAL REWARD which is paid by the LINK receiving the REFERRAL. All LINKS design their own FINANCIAL REWARD which is posted in advance and typically is 20% of new revenue. In some cases a FINANCIAL REWARD is not applicable due to state or federal regulations. The financial reward is a way of saying thank you and encourages more referrals keeping the process FRONT OF MIND. The best way to get a referral is to give a referral! Each LINK pays a monthly membership fee of $200 which is grandfathered from the date of joining., as well as a SET-UP Fee of $1,995 and INITIATION FEE of $400. .

LINKS can contact all members including VIP members to create new opportunities
LINKS can participate in SMS PROMOTIONS to members
LINKS have the option of joining our Centre Club Corporate Membership. INITIATION $50 + current membership dues decreasing to $149/month.

2 – EXECUTIVE LINK – following the 12 week LAUNCH period, a LINK member who has demonstrated the necessary skills, can elect to become an EXECUTIVE LINK and build a network of LINK members .The NETWORK can be open to any LINK or to those members targeting a specific market. It can also be exclusive by industry. An EXECUTIVE LINK is a PARTNER relationship and shares in TRM revenue created by the NETWORK and is responsible for all network operations, expenses and receives compensation from TRM based upon performance. The EXECUTIVE LINK is responsible for the GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT of the network and monitors and measures the ADMISSION TICKET. The EXECUTIVE LINK pays a PERTNER FEE of $300/month or $3,000/year and is in business for themself, but not by themself.

3 – VIP – a business owner, executive, or sales professional who is interested in developing new business and looking for symbiotic relationships. A VIP membership is complimentary (FREE) and includes several key benefits including 24/7 access to the MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA Seminar video, 20% DISCOUNT on strategic coaching fees, and special offers from LINK members sharing IDEAS, INFORMATION and RESOURCES saving MONEY.

A VIP is invited to join by a LINK member and downloads the TRM electronic business card and registers to connect with TRM. A VIP member can elect to participate in the LINK Pre-Launch process after which a decision can be made to join TRM as a LINK and participate in the LINK System. To participate, a one time fee of $1,995 is assessed.

4 – LINK REP – a LINK who’s primary mission is to recruit new LINK members. The LINK REP receives a $400 BONUS when a recommendation results in a new LINK Member. A LINK who desires to be an EXECUTIVE LINK is classified as a LINK REP until a minimum of 10 LINKS have been personally recruited, at which point the LINK REP can be appointed an EXECUTIVE LINK. When a new member is recommended for membership, the LINK REP will follow-up to enroll the new member. The REP will attend networking events to meet new prospects and conduct LINK meetings to promote TRM and build LINK relationships within target markets..

5 – LINK COACH – a LINK who is a professional coach and provides coaching services to TRM members at a 20% discount and receives a 20% LINK membership discount.

LINK MEMBERS ARE ORGANIZED BY NETWORK

FLAGSHIP – when a new LINK member joins TRM they participate in an on-boarding process and build relationships with other LINK members. Members receive on-going monthly business development coaching included in membership.
SIX DEGREES – an EXECUTIVE LINK member can build a NETWORK of LINKS from competing industries and enjoy an ownership/partner position and is responsible for the NETWORK’S growth & development, all expenses and receives compensation based upon performance.
ONE DEGREE (Target Market Network) – an EXECUTIVE LINK can build a NETWORK of LINKS from non-competing industries sharing the same target market and assist LINK members in the development of Target Markets.
