
NETWORKS are groups of Executive LINKS , who have joined together to share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, and support each other through INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS.
There are 3 types of NETWORKS identified as 1 – 6 DEGREE meaning that membership includes Executive LINKS from diverse industries with no-specific target market identified. 2 – 1 DEGREE where membership includes Executive LINKS from non-competing industries targeting the same specific market and 3 – 1 DEGREE NON-PROFIT where Executive LINKS from non-competing industries volunteer to support specific non-profit organizations.
EXECUTIVE LINKS GIVE and RECEIVE INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS
LINKS GIVE INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS and if successful receive FINANCIAL REWARDS unless otherwise prohibited.
VIP members GIVE INTRODUCTIONS and REFERRALS, but do not receive FINANCIAL REWARDS.
Each NETWORK is supported by a LINK COACH, PLAYER COACH, and MARKET COACH. All members of Total Relationship Marketing including, Executive LINKS, LINKS, and VIP Members play specific roles in each NETWORK.
A NETWORK (6 DEGREES) is a network of Executive LINKS from various industries who have joined Total Relationship Marketing and move through the Methodology in three PHASES.
PHASE 1 – Each new Executive LINK is ON-BOARDED by a LINK COACH and receives the following training including the POP7 Assessment, Target Marketing, The Million Dollar Formula Training, 6 DEGREES OF SEPARATION, The LINK System and a Total Relationship Marketing Business Development Plan, (TRMBDP) which serves as a blueprint for future coaching to ensure top performance.
PHASE 2 – Each Executive LINK can then elect to receive marketing and business coaching including the ADMISSION TICKET to form new habits, and personal one-on-one coaching to sharpen skills.
PHASE 3 – Each Executive LINK can then select a TARGET MARKET NETWORK or NON PROFIT NETWORK to join based upon their qualifications, or even build their own network targeting a specific market. A TARGET MARKET NETWORK (1 DEGREE) is where 6 degrees turns into 1. This is an Exclusive Network meaning that only one business is represented from any industry.

A NON-PROFIT NETWORK is just that. Executive LINKS work with non-profits as LINK AMBASSADORS and spread the word about the benefits of their services to the community. Each Executive LINK Ambassador may be introduced to donors for the explicit purpose of getting referrals to others they might know who may be interested in becoming a donor. The Executive LINK Ambassador then meets with those individuals to spread the word and redirect them to the non-profit for development. This creates an opportunity to promote the Executive LINK’s business. When a sale is made, a FINANCIAL REWARD is paid to the non-profit.
