NETWORK COACH (NC)<\/b> \u2013 is\u00a0 a LINK who has partnered with TRM to build a SIX DEGREE or ONE DEGREE network of LINKS who share IDEAS, INFORMATION, RESOURCES, REFERRALS and INTRODUCTIONS to help each other grow and develop their respective businesses. A NETWORK COACH is an Executive LINK member.<\/p>

The NETWORK COACH must be an expert in the LINK SYSTEM, the MILLION DOLLAR FORMULA and the REFERRAL system.<\/p>

The NETWORK COACH is in business for themselves but not by themselves and is responsible for all NETWORK expenses. A NETWORK COACH owns the network by paying a separate membership fee.\u00a0<\/p>

The NETWORK COACH is compensated based upon PERFORMANCE including incentives for GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT as well as residual income based upon past performance. A NETWORK COACH is also an Executive LINK.<\/p>

LINK COACH (LC)<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 a professional coach and LINK member who provides optional coaching to members as requested. Coaching may include any of the follow titles and more. A LINK COACH must be accredited or a member of a local recognized agency. . When a new LINK member joins TRM, they are introduced to available LINK coaches based upon fit to establish coaching relationships where appropriate.\u00a0 A LINK COACH is not an employee of TRM but rather an independent contractor and maintains their own business identity, however, they receive a 20% member discount in exchange for providing TRM members with a coaching discount of 20% off their usual and customary fees..\u00a0<\/p>

Should a LINK refer a customer to a LINK COACH which results in a coaching relationship, the LINK will receive a FINANCIAL REWARD according to plan. . A LINK COACH has access to all TRM members for direct contact without a referral fee.\u00a0 A LINK COACH may also upgrade their membership to Executive LINK and build their own unique NETWORK.<\/p>

A  member can interact with a PLAYER COACH in two ways: 1- Event coaching (by the hour) 2 \u2013 Facilitate LINK LUNCHES with prospects to develop new businesses opportunities. A PC is compensated based upon performance and or an agreed retainer<\/p>\n
